Whether this blog is all cliché really depends on you. If you take it at the face value, everything is cliché and irrelevant. If you just nod and think that it is a great idea, guess what, you won’t be applying it either and so again a waste of time (yours and mine).
You do not simply ‘know’ how to do push ups – you have to actually do the push ups to get stronger. By the same token, reading about a principle/concept and clicking ‘like’ does not make you any smarter, nor make you a better fighter. Just like push ups, your mind need stress to cause it to adapt, grow and improve. Just like physical learning, you have to respect the use of progression, the repetitions, etc to be able to apply it.
If you haven’t noticed at all, the exercises at the end of each blog requires thinking. Those that put time and thoughts will advance more over time.
I don’t personally answer/mark your homework but I do read them and try to assess how much you understand. Even more importantly, I want to see how much effort you put in which reflects your work ethics and attitude. If you do not work hard, why should I invest the time in you, I rather work with those that wants to learn. Earn my respect and work hard!

- I explained during class why the 4 phases of conflict management is important to ‘freedom of choice’. There are a couple more technical principles that has been talked about in the past that is very important towards this ‘freedom’. What are they?
